If you're persistent, you can probably negotiate that the seller fix the front door...and maybe remove the cat, too. Otherwise, expect to buy AS IS. At least this house comes with Neighborhood Watch (he's in the LA sports apparel).
We settled on a place in Burbank that is almost as nice as this one. We're excited...

Deb: We did get a place in Burbank...and we have the perfect place in mind for that dancing cactus. Unfortunately you'll never see it, cuz we know you really will trash the place...crazy girl...
